A 21st century garden city in resort form span across three tower buildings. 

The interior of the apartment inspired from the surrounding neighbourhood of Port Melbourne. A fine grain of industrial intricate detail and a warm connection to the beach. The finishes palette is a sensory reflection from the sand and the sea. A Moroccan influenced can be found throughout, in recognition of the multicultural populations, by the used of geometric detailing, bold colour in soft furnishing styling and textural pattern of Middle Eastern architecture.
